Representing the Lanka Organic Agriculture Movement (LOAM), its President Mr. Thilak Kariyawasam participated in the meeting. The session was also joined by international academic leaders Dr. Michele – University of Parma, Italy and Mr. Jacob – University of Leeds, UK.
Under the visionary leadership of SLTC Vice-Chancellor Prof. Chandrika Wijeyaratne, this initiative was organized by the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies and the Faculty of Technology, with significant leadership and contributions from Prof. Subasinghe, Head of the Department of Agricultural Technology.
